the location offers wonderful views. the hotel has electric bikes available at no cost. i appreciated this amenity. also free electric car charging exists. the room was well-decorated and spacious.
i noted the service at breakfast could be slow. waiting for coffee or hot drinks took longer than expected. i was informed the spa was fully booked but i suspect insufficient staff was the real issue.

the hotel staff was friendly. i found the location beautiful. i also enjoyed dining at the onsite restaurant. my wife is vegan and the menu had many fantastic dishes. caviar course add on was a great decision.
the rooms were somewhat basic and lacked features. you might expect more from such a pricey resort.

The staff was generally helpful, promptly addressing requests (especially at the pool area). i appreciated the complimentary mini bar in my suite. it included several high-quality drinks and snacks. the location proved convenient. I found it easy to explore nearby villages and vineyards. the grounds are expansive and include a beautiful lavender field.
i noticed some areas of the garden near the spa looked unfinished and could use some attention.

the suite had a large terrace overlooking the grounds. it featured a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. i had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the room (quite luxurious).
